There are playful prints, like our Characters line - eggplant, cucumber, hot pepper, corn, and ice pop, anyone? And of course, you can always opt for a shimmering sequin rainbow if subtle isn't your style. Our Inclusion print is made up of drawings of many beloved faces of the LGBTQIA+ community, and it's inspired by the artwork of Sam Cox and Keith Haring. You'll find the traditional gay pride rainbow, shown in heathered shades or an ombre print of the Skull & Bones logo against a black background. We take Pride in our boxer briefs, briefs, and trunks, and it shows. We have looks that range from refined to sequined and everything in between. This popular line features a stunning variety of prints to show your pride, and the collection is constantly being updated with fresh styles. Our Pride Collection has always been special, both to us and our customers. The fact that I've expended any cycles on even thinking about what underwear to put on makes me feel like a mincing fool, sometimes.More About Skull & Bones' Pride Collection

Frankly, it's probably a touch of self-loathing, but I actually find it a bit hot that a guy doesn't actually care about this kind of stuff (previous notes about clean and such still apply). I am on the side of the folks who say that the hot can wear whatever they want. Colors may fade a bit, but it's less obvious (at least to my eyes). White becomes dingy no matter how much bleach or oxyclean you use. It's this impulse more than fashion which prompted me to switch from wearing white (of any style - briefs, trunks, boxer briefs) to subdued colors. It amazes me (since it cannot be comfortable) how many guys I see at the gym who are wearing really stretched out and baggy underwear - it's got to be bunching up in their pants, no? However, no matter what, it's always clean and not ratty or frayed - never rips or holes - and well-fitting (not tight). If I'm dressing up or someone else might see it (like when I go to the doctor's office), fashion (2xist, Calvin, or Cin2 - or however it's spelled). If I'm going to be running around or doing athletic stuff, I'm going with a utilitarian (H&M trunks - by far the most comfortable I own for fit and sweat absorption) or functional (underarmour). What fascinates me most is that I appear to be in the distinct minority of people who wears a variety of underwear - both fashion (read: designer) and utilitarian (read: cheap) and function (read: function). But if you are going to attempt it, you'd better do it right, or you're just - well, you're just you, OP. Meaning it is impolite and unbrotherly to tell men, gay or not, what to wear under their clothes. And any gay person presuming to tell gay men to purchase "expensive underwear" (Heaven knows what you mean by that - presumably you are clueless enough to equate mere dollars for superior style, fit and materials, and if it has a brand you've been seduced into "loving" you MUST have it.) is just plain trash. You show yourself to be as cluelessly cheap and willing to settle for inferior wares as the tight-whitey-Fruit-of-the-Loam-donations-from-Goodwill-with-frayed-stretched-waistbands-and-skid-ghost you seem to abhor.Īs does any gay man who cares enough about it to take underwear seriously as a part of a civilized wardrobe, I have my underwear, in four styles for various needs (sport, dress, casual, and "special occasions), done by my tailor (well, two of them), made of fabrics of my choosing matched to season.īecause if you are committed (as you pretend to be) you have to have 16 types of bespoke underwear available at any given time.
